How does video verification actually work?
When you join, you'll record a short guided video — a few simple prompts like turning your head — that we match against your profile photos and check for signs of a static image or recycled clip. It typically takes under a minute and happens once.
How much does ZB cost?
ZB is free to join, verify, and receive a limited number of curated matches each week. ZB Select, our optional paid plan, is $24.99 a month and unlocks a daily match slot plus read receipts. You can use ZB fully on the free plan.
How do I delete my account and data?
From Settings, choose Delete Account and confirm — your profile, photos, and messages are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, including from backups. There's no retention trick and no cool-down email campaign.
What happens if I need to report someone?
Every profile and conversation has a Report option that reaches our trust and safety team directly, not a general queue. We review reports within hours and can restrict or remove an account immediately when safety is at risk.
